Schedule: Kids' Zone

The Kids’ Zone is the perfect place for children ages 3 (diaper graduates) through 14 to hang out with other future Bruins. It is staffed by UCLA students who work as camp counselors in other UCLA youth programs. The Kids’ Zone will offer a morning and afternoon snack, lunch, arts and crafts, games, sports and a rock wall. The kids will be placed in age-appropriate groups, and actual activities will vary based on their age.

Age Groups

Teddy Bears (diaper graduates): Ages 3-4
Cubs: Ages 5-6
Kodiaks: Ages 7-8
Pandas: Ages 9-11
Grizzlies: Ages 12-14

Check-in and Pick-up

Parents should register their kids in advance, as we have limited spaces available. Check-in will be at Bruin Central, located in the center of campus at the top of Janss Steps between Royce Hall and Powell Library, as part of the overall UCLA Alumni Day check-in. Please bring the Kids’ Zone Registration forms with you to check-in. Each registered child will receive a wrist band during check-in. Please indicate during check-in if you plan on picking up your child mid-day.

Parents can drop off their kids beginning at 9 a.m. All children must be picked up no later than 5:45 p.m. A photo I.D. will be required by the parent/guardian during pick-up.

With Kids’ Zone admission: $20 per child
