What to Enter?

Two winning photos will be selected from each of the following categories. One grand prize winning photo will be selected from the entries submitted.

  • Bruin Kids
  • Bruin Action Athletics
  • Bruin Eats & Treats
  • Bruin Cell Phone Shots*

Each individual may submit only one photo per category.

How to Enter?

It's fun and easy. Submit your photo by June 6, 2010.

  • From a digital camera: Go to Post Yours page and follow the simple instructions. You will need to specify a contest category as well as write a caption for your photo.
  • *From a cell phone: simply e-mail your photo to CellPhoneShot@alumni.ucla.edu. You will be automatically entered into the "Bruin Cell Phone Shots" category.

Who May Enter?

All UCLA Alumni Day 2010 registered attendees are encouraged to enter the contest. You must be at least 18 years of age.

Contest Details

Photos must be taken at UCLA Alumni Day 2010 and submitted by June 6, 2010. Two winners will be selected from each contest category to receive two Bruin pen and portfolio sets and baseball caps. One grand prize winner will be selected to receive a complimentary two-night stay at the prestigious Beverly Hilton Hotel. All winners are selected by the sole discretion of UCLA Alumni Day staff and will be notified via email by June 21, 2010.


Ownership and Rights: While photographers retain the copyright to their picture, contest entrants grant UCLA Alumni a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed. UCLA Alumni will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.
